Hi, I’m Essence Wilson, founder of The Brainy Bunch.

With over 14 years of professional nanny and childcare experience, I have dedicated my career to helping children grow, learn, and thrive in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of families, age groups, personalities, and developmental needs — from newborn care to supporting teenagers through their educational and personal growth.

My passion for childcare goes beyond supervision. I believe every child deserves individualized attention, encouragement, patience, and opportunities to build confidence through learning and play.
